Past Self
All parts of you have meaning, value, and purpose. At Be Well Mental Health, all parts of you will be honored and respected. Therapy is an opportunity to let go of or redirect parts that no longer serve you and focus on the parts that do.
Grounded Self
It can be frustrating when what you want does not match what is in front of you. Mindfulness allows you to detach from unhelpful expectations (the "shoulds") and ground into the present moment without judgment.
Future Self
Let your future self and values guide your decision making. How do you want your future self to feel? What can you choose to do now to allow for that to be possible? How you talk to yourself now can positively influence how you feel later.
